Rental Screening Criteria
Renting to nice people and providing our residents with great neighbors is a priority at Sunset Springs.
So, to live here, all applicants must meet our rental screening requirements to our satisfaction.
If applicants are slightly deficient in some of these categories, they may still be considered with an increased
security deposit and/or a qualified cosigner.
Some verifications include Employment, Income, Credit History, Housing References, and Criminal History.
Sunset Springs is a smoke-free community, so we do not rent to smokers, and we do not allow pets.
We allow a maximum of 5 people per apartment (4 for furnished apartments) and a maximum of 2 vehicles per apartment.
We adhere to and comply with the federal and state Fair Housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race,
color, sex, religion, national origin, disability, familial status, source of income, gender identify, or sexual orientation.
